The delivery times vary depending on the product and generally dispatched within 2-10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcelforce with tracking and with required signature, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All orders are sent via a carrier.
If you are happy for it to be left with a neighbour, then type this in the delivery instructions.

If you will be out, it is quite easy to arrange delivery for another day via their website.
In the event we are unable to supply the goods within our time frame we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered, if you do not agree with the delivery times.
You have the right to cancel your order as long as you notify us in writing (email) within 14 working days from the day after receiving the goods (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric and net curtains) All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. You will be liable for the return delivery costs

It must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled. You will be liable for the return delivery costs
